Where we ship
Battle Panda Outdoor currently ships to customers in the United States only. Orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping to the United States is free.
Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Processing time may be longer during holidays, product restocks, high order volume, or when additional order verification is needed.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery to the United States is usually 10-15 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of carrier schedules, weather, customs review, local delivery conditions, or remote delivery areas.
Tracking information
When tracking information is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing an order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address before the order ships.
Taxes, duties, and local charges
Prices are shown in USD. Battle Panda Outdoor does not currently collect sales tax at checkout. Any customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, or carrier charges assessed by authorities or carriers are the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and any helpful photos or tracking details. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.
